Manoj Nakra
Program Designer / Trainer / Author / Entrepreneur
Dr. Manoj Nakra has extensive experience in enabling entrepreneurship, training entrepreneurs, doing business incubation and funding businesses. He is an IIT (Delhi) and IIM (Bangalore) graduate, has completed his PhD from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU)and has over 35+ years corporate experience as CEO in India and Dubai. Dr Manoj was Executive Director of Dubai SME for 8 years, a Government of Dubai organization that catalyzes entrepreneurship in Dubai.
He has also authored a book on entrepreneurship titled – “A Thousand Days Adventure”. Manoj teaches executive education programs at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. The ZYEAL Experiential Entrepreneurial program and concept has been designed by him and comes into existence after years of research and working with entrepreneurs from all walks of life.
Mr T.N.Pratap
Founder / Strategy and Business Decisions
An experienced management professional with 35+ years in multiple geographies and industry verticals, Pratap is now involved in a founding role in a couple of “start-ups” in India. Having completed his B.Pharmacy (Hons) degree in BITS Pilani, and PGDM (MBA) from the prestigious IIM,Calcutta, Pratap has held CXO positions in the retail and consumer goods industry in the Middle east in the last twenty years.
His main achievements include the turn-around of loss-making businesses into profitable ones in the consumer goods and retail sectors, as well as starting and establishing a business in India in the technology field. Due to his wide experience and exposure to multiple industry verticals, Pratap brings a practical but out-of-the-box thinking to business strategy formulation and execution.
Mr Aadith Prasad

A finance and marketing professional with 15+ years of experience and exposure in Banking, Manufacturing and BPO sectors. Aadith has completed his B.Com from Madras University and MBA from James Cook University (Singapore).
Having grown tired of the mundane corporate life, he decided to scratch the entrepreneurial itch nagging at him for quite some time. Better late than never, Aadith decided to dabble in a few short-term projects to get the feel of entrepreneurship first hand, and also to obtain a sense of satisfaction and fulfilment like never before. With his newfound wisdom over the trials and tribulations and the success and failures that comes with any start-up, Aadith is all revved up to empower students to become job creators rather than job seekers and forge the entrepreneurial spirit in everyone.
