The ZYEAL Experiential Entrepreneurship program is all about that…solving real life problems and feeling good about it.
The Zyeal Curriculam
The ZYEAL curriculum is divided into two phases. Phase 1 or "The Entrepreneurship Mindset" helps students understand what Entrepreneurship is all about and breaks the various myths and fears surrounding the subject. Phase 2 or The Entrepreneurship Journey engages students in the various aspects of a business to help them transition into a successful entrepreneur.

02Entrepreneurial Mindset & Abilities
ZYEAL believes entrepreneurship isn’t just about starting companies but focussing on fostering an entrepreneurial mindset in school/college students by learning entrepreneurial skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset consists of – having a growth mindset, being curious, observant, optimistic, empathetic, persistent and resourceful.
Entrepreneurial abilities typically are – creativity, critical thinking, managing uncertainty, leadership, teamwork, public speaking, and communication.
Outcomes:
By the end of this program, participants will;
- Be equipped to see their world differently and proactively identify problems that require solutions.
- Have learnt how to brainstorm ideas and think laterally
- Innovate or improve a new/existing solution
- Have opportunities for group work, design thinking, and hands-on learning.

03The Entrepreneurial Journey
The Entrepreneurial Journey builds on skills imparted in The Entrepreneurial Mindset. In this program, participants will take their ideas to the next level by understanding and planning for the different facets which will enable them to transform their idea into a workable business proposition.
Outcomes:
By the end of this program, participants would have
- Understood the pressures and demands of an early stage start-up
- Encountered some of the chaos and uncertainty of a start-up
- Learnt the importance of goal setting and meticulous planning in achieving results
- Experienced failure and in the process reworked their plan with a renewed drive to succeed
